Summary[]
SCP-2747 is an anti-narrative, a cluster of narrative elements that when included in a given story, will eventually lead to mutual destruction. SCP-2747 usually manifests as a sort of antagonistic figure in the stories it appears in, before eventually erasing it all, erasing all memories of it ever existing, but usually leaving unrelated material referencing it intact.hile initially assumed by the SCP Foundation to be a phenomenon limited to fictional works from their perspective, Observational Procedure LUCID CHALICE eventually revealed the possibility of SCP-2747 manifesting in the real world, erasing their narrative entirely. It is implied that this manifestation is the Scarlet King, and that the King gets created and used in many narratives to eventually destroy them when his seals are eventually released.

- Anafabula: SCP-2747 is an Anafabula, a cluster of signs, symbols and narrative elements also called an anti-narrative. It manifests in a narrative, usually in the form of an antagonistic element (which can range from actual enemies, to locations or mental illnesses). These manifestations often show symbolism of thorns, spirals, and the number 7. When all elements of SCP-2747 have manifested fully, the narrative is erased alongside the SCP-2747 manifestation. SCP-2747 can only manifest in narratives it has access to, which by default includes the narratives of the Foundation's world. However, it can "leak" upwards in higher narratives if given enough attention by higher authors. This can cause it to manifest physically in the Foundation narrative, or even manifest in the Alpha Layer. It can theoretically replicate this process endlessly, altough this requires a long time and the right conditions for it.
