While I was at Smart & Final. I saw some great deals and grabbed a few things for dinner. However I needed something for dinner that I could make for on the go. Fall baseball season is underway here and eating at the park from time to time is one of the sacrifices we make. I decided to make some Chicken Parmesan Hoagies
This is a no fuss recipe, that doesn’t require a lot of ingredients. Which I love. I purchased the First Street Brand products at Smart and Final.
Ingredients:
- Deli Steak Rolls
- Provolone Cheese
- First Street Traditional Pasta Sauce
- First Street Chicken Breast Tender Fritters – (Which are amazing… full of spices)
- and of course some Aluminum foil, so you can take your hoagies on the go.
1.) Bake your First Street Chicken Breast Tender Fritters – per package instructions. About 40 minutes.
Tip: You can do this ahead of time
2.) Open your First Street Deli Rolls and spread the First Street Traditional Pasta on the roll.
3.) Lay cooked First Street Chicken Breast Tender Fritters over top of the First Street Pasta Sauce
4.) Add more pasta sauce over top of the chicken breast tenders
5.) Place First Street Provolone Cheese over top of sauce
6.) Then back in oven for another 15 minutes at 350 degrees until cheese is completely melted.
7.) Wrap your hoagies in First Street Aluminum foil and your done! Your hoagies are ready to take on the go.
Easy to eat at the park and the kids love them too!
So head on over to Smart & Final and get all the ingredients to make these delicious Chicken Parmesan Hoagies.

At the grand opening I was able to get a reusable shopping bag and have it say it looks pretty sharp and I love it! They’ve changed so many things within the store and you’re going to love them and get great deals too! Smart & Finalis planning 3 more grand opening stores in 2015.
