How to make plant-based milk without a recipe?
- Take up to 6 measuring spoons of nuts or seeds with the measuring spoon included in the box. (We recommend starting with just one measuring spoon of ingredients and adding more if you want denser milk).
- Optional – Soak the ingredients for at least 4 hours.
- Put all the ingredients into the Arcmira milk maker.
- Pour cold water below the Max line.
- Close the lid properly.
- Plug in the machine.If the panel show E2, please check if the lid closes properly.
- Choose the Room Temp program by pressing the Menu button.
- The machine emits 10 beeps and your milk is done.
Optional: Strain the milk with the included nut milk bag. You can place the nut milk bag in a bowl/cup, then use a spoon to press the leftover pulp to strain it faster.
Tips:
The amount used in the recipe is for reference only. You can adjust the amount of ingredients to your favor. If you have time, soak the nuts for a creamy consistency and less straining.
INGREDIENTS
- 6 spoons of raw almonds
- 1-2 cups of water
Optional
- 1-2 pitted dates
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- a little sea salt
- a pinch of ground cinnamon
Homemade Almond Milk
DIRECTIONS
- Put all ingredients in the Arcmira machine.
- Add water between the two water level lines in the milk maker.
- Close the lid and plug-in power.
- Select the Room Temp setting by the Menu button.
- Let it run until it finishes.
- Unplug the power. Pour it out.
- Enjoy your milk. Optional – Strain your milk by the nut milk bag.
INGREDIENTS
- 6 spoons of raw cashews
- 1-2 cups of water
Optional
- 1-2 tablespoons pure maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- tiny pinch of salt
Homemade Cashew Milk
DIRECTIONS
- Put all ingredients in the Arcmira machine.
- Add water between the two water level lines in the milk maker.
- Close the lid and plug-in power.
- Select the Room Temp setting by the Menu button.
- Let it run until it finishes.
- Unplug the power. Pour it out.
- Enjoy your milk. Optional – Strain your milk by the nut milk bag
INGREDIENTS
- 4 spoons of shredded coconut
- 1-2 cups of filtered water
Optional
- 1/2 vanilla pod
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- tiny pinch of salt
- 1-2 pitted dates
Homemade Coconut Milk
DIRECTIONS
- Put all ingredients in the Arcmira machine.
- Add water between the two water level lines in the milk maker.
- Close the lid and plug-in power.
- Select the Room Temp setting by the Menu button.
- Let it run until it finishes.
- Unplug the power. Pour it out.
- Enjoy your milk. Optional – Strain your milk by the nut milk bag.
(Tips: If you want to taste more delicate and more creamy milk, we recommended running the “Room Temp” setting twice.)

- 6 spoons of walnuts
- 1-2 cups of water

- pinch of salt
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1-2 pitted dates
Homemade Walnut Milk
DIRECTIONS
- Put all ingredients in the Arcmira machine.
- Add water between the two water level lines in the milk maker.
- Close the lid and plug-in power.
- Select the Room Temp setting by the Menu button.
- Let it run until it finishes.
- Unplug the power. Pour it out.
- Enjoy your milk. Optional – Strain your milk by the nut milk bag.
INGREDIENTS
- 2-3 spoons of unshelled hazelnuts
- 1-2 cups of water
Optional
- 2-3 tablespoons pure maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- pinch of sea salt
Homemade Hazelnut Milk
DIRECTIONS
- Put all ingredients in the Arcmira machine.
- Add water between the two water level lines in the milk maker.
- Close the lid and plug-in power.
- Select the Room Temp setting by the Menu button.
- Let it run until it finishes.
- Unplug the power. Pour it out.
- Enjoy your milk. Optional – Strain your milk by the nut milk bag.
INGREDIENTS
- 4 spoons of hulled hemp seeds
- 1-2 cups of water
Optional
- 2-3 tablespoons pure maple syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 2-3 pitted medjool dates
Homemade Hemp Milk
DIRECTIONS
- Put all ingredients in the Arcmira machine.
- Add water between the two water level lines in the milk maker.
- Close the lid and plug-in power.
- Select the Room Temp setting by the Menu button.
- Let it run until it finishes.
- Unplug the power. Pour it out.
- Enjoy your milk. Optional – Strain your milk by the nut milk bag.
INGREDIENTS
- 6 spoons of rolled oats
- 1-2 cups of cold water
Optional
- 1-2 tablespoons pure maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- tiny pinch of salt
Homemade Oat Milk
DIRECTIONS
- Put all ingredients in the Arcmira machine.
- Add water between the two water level lines in the milk maker.
- Close the lid and plug-in power.
- Select the Warm setting by the Menu button.
- Let it run until it finishes.
- Unplug the power. Pour it out.
- Optional – Strain your milk by the nut milk bag. Enjoy your milk.
INGREDIENTS
- 2 spoons of rice
- 1-2 cups of water (filtered, if possible)
Optional
- vanilla extract (vanilla-flavored milk)
- 1 tablespoon sweetener
- tiny pinch of salt
- cacao powder (chocolate milk)
Homemade Rice Milk
DIRECTIONS
- Put all ingredients in the Arcmira machine.
- Add water between the two water level lines in the milk maker.
- Close the lid and plug-in power.
- Select the Hot setting by the Menu button. (Note: Must set with Hot.)
- Let it run until it finishes.
- Unplug the power. Pour it out.
- Wait for the milk to cool. Enjoy your milk. Optional – Strain your milk by the nut milk bag
INGREDIENTS
- 6 spoons of soybeans
- 1-2 cups of water
Optional
- 1 medjool date
- 1-2 teaspoons of maple syrup /honey
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
Homemade Soy Milk
DIRECTIONS
- Put all ingredients in the Arcmira machine.
- Add water between the two water level lines in the milk maker.
- Close the lid and plug-in power.
- Select the Hot setting by the Menu button. (Note: Must set with Hot.)
- Let it run until it finishes.
- Unplug the power. Pour it out.
- Wait for the milk to cool. Enjoy your milk. Optional – Strain your milk by the nut milk bag.
INGREDIENTS
- 6 spoons strawberries frozen
- 1 banana fresh or frozen
- 1 cup of water
Optional
- 1/2 tablespoon honey
- flaxseed or chia seeds
- 1 cup milk (you can choosse regular, soy or almond milk)
Strawberry Banana Smoothies
DIRECTIONS
- Put all ingredients in the Arcmira machine.
- Add water between the two water level lines in the milk maker.
- Close the lid and plug-in power.
- Select the Room Temp setting by the Menu button.
- Let it run until it finishes.
- Unplug the power. Pour it out.
- Enjoy your milk. Optional – Strain your milk by the nut milk bag.
INGREDIENTS
- 1-2 cups of almond milk or other plant-based milk
- 2 tbsp cacao powder
Optional
- 1 tsp cinnamon powder
- 2-3 Medjool dates thinly sliced
Homemade Hot Chocolate
DIRECTIONS
- Put all ingredients in the Arcmira machine.
- Add water between the two water level lines in the milk maker.
- Close the lid and plug-in power.
- Select the Hot setting by the Menu button. (Note: Must set with Hot.)
- Let it run until it finishes.
- Unplug the power. Pour it out.
- Wait for the milk to cool. Enjoy your milk. Optional – Strain your milk by the nut milk bag
